friendly staff relaxing atmosphere
The staff were friendly and always helpful. breakfast was good with multiple choices. i enjoyed the spa facilities. The whole place has a relaxing atmosphere. the lounge was a nice quiet retreat to read and contemplate.
the hotel is in the middle of nowhere with not much around.

window mould dated bathroom
The bar lounge has beautiful views.
There was quite a bit of mould on the windows , not surprising given the amount of condensation. The bathroom and windows are dated and could do with an upgrade. There were ants on our table at breakfast.

wonderful experience
helpful staff lovely meal
the room was ready even though i arrived early to use the spa. i was shown my room. i was very happy with it. we then had a lovely evening meal of chicken supreme. breakfast was lovely with lots of choice. the staff were very helpful!!!

My room was spacious. it featured tasteful decor. the bistro and restaurant both looked well presented. the staff were all pleasant and very helpful. This.
The spa needs re-decorating. I noticed the clocks had wrong times.

The hotel sits surrounded by beautiful countryside. This gives a very warming feel. the manor offers beautiful views. The area is quiet and peaceful! it makes it easy to switch off and relax.

the staff seemed focused on customer satisfaction. i received really good customer service. the staff were nice, friendly, and very helpful. the manager of the spa recommended products and treatments. staff went beyond their duty!

wonderful service amazing view superb tea
i experienced wonderful service throughout my stay. the staff were always happy to assist. the breakfast offered amazing views and a superb pot of tea with hot water. it had no need for constant refills at a tea bar.
my room faced the main road. it was also a little confined.
